You can use plastic ornaments for this or even some iridescent ones.

Start by adding some ink in the ornaments. Twirl the color around until it's evenly coated.

Use a blow dryer to dry it while spinning the ornament! Spinning makes the color go on more evenly.

If you're going for a clean look you can leave them after just step one. It'll look like stained glass. Here's how a dark pink one looks.

If you want your ornaments to have a beautiful under glow. Add some white pearl paint. CHECK OUT THE QUICK VIDEO

You'll shake the ornament until the pearl paint evenly covers the inside of the ornament.

Here's how the light blue one turned out. I had to dilute my alcohol ink to lighten the blue ink. I did it with rubbing alcohol.
