Cotton Sheets Review
So, I’m pretty darn picky when it comes to soft bedding. When I say picky, I’m mean REAL PICKY! My skin feels everything! Every crumb, every seam on pants, every clothing tag! Jeans are a big no no unless they’re super duper soft! Oh gosh shall I say more. Let’s just say.., I would be a great contender for The Princess and the Pea! LOL!🙈
WHY these cotton sheets?
Over the years I’ve tried my fair share of affordable bedding and I’ve finally came across one that’s not only affordable but, also the softest. A few months ago I got to try these Pure Natural Cotton sheets from California Design Den.
They have held up amazingly! The cotton truly feels soft to the touch. No rash or sleepless nights for me and the stitching still looks great.
Let me just say I’ve slept on sheets that I thought were decent before. I would need to run them through the cycle at least 3 times before they felt soft and they’d fall apart in about 4 months. No I’m not talking about the 200 thread count sheets from Walmart. They were 450 thread count sheets I bought at department stores costing around $90 a set. They weren’t the cheapest and I’d expect them to last a bit longer and feel soft.
So, to say the least I pick these sheets over any department store sheets because
- They’re way more affordable running at $57.99 and free shipping. (can’t beat that)
- It takes only minutes to order these. I pick any color I need and have it shipped straight to my house without having to make a trip to the store and hunt for the perfect color with the perfect price tag.
You can buy them on amazon. ( this is an affiliate link* for more info read my disclosure policy)
Those two things win me over any day! I’m not a big online shopper however when it comes to housing goods I know it could take up at least half my day to go out and buy one specific thing. So this saves me time and money!
GIVEAWAY TIME!

Oh before I go I almost forgot to tell you about this wonderful candle I came across. A few years back a friend of mine gifted me a candle that smelled amazing! When I wanted to repurchase it I found out it was a $30 candle. LIKE WUW!! Way out of my budget. Candles are my weakness but, I had to pass on this one. A few months ago I was at our local Fred Meyers and came across this candle! OH MY GOODNESS! This candle is amazing! It smells fruity and fresh and makes me happy every time I light it. I wish they made wax melts in this scent I’d probably buy out the whole shelf.
Thanks for tuning in!

XO,

I’m most proud of my hubby! He’s so amazing and I feel like I don’t tell him enough. He’s currently out doing laundry for the entire family and I’m just so blessed to have him. I’m going to tell him this as soon as he gets home <3
OMG girl laundry! That’s awesome! I would be proud too. I find myself not saying it enough to my hubby too. Oh gosh which reminds me I totally forget to mention all the photos of me are taken by my talented hubby!! He’s amazing!
I just found out, 5 minutes ago, that my son and daughter in law are.having a baby boy! Our first grandchild.

I am proud to be an educator!
That world wouldn’t be the same without teachers! You’re awesome!
My mom , her faith and perseverance are something I have always been proud of .

Im proud of my grandson. He is 21yrs. He has Cystic Fibrosis.. Has had to battle all of his life. But always comes up smiling. Even after gruelling hospital stays…
Oh my goodness. I’m sorry to hear that. He sounds like a sweetheart.
So proud of my daughter! She has struggled with health problems valiantly for the last year with dignity!
AWWWE poor girl! I really hope she feels better 🙂
I’m so proud of my husband. He takes such good care of us! I am blessed!
Very cute blog ☺️ I’d like to say I’m proud of my husband. He works night and day to provide for his family. Couldn’t imagine life without him ❤️
Thank you Jessica 😀
My daughter is an amazing educator, so proud of her to be giving preschoolers a firm foundation.
That’s such an amazing job. It’s hard but rewarding! You have an amazing daughter!
My children! They’ve recently had to step it up in the mornings and get to school on their own. They haven’t been late yet. 🙂
That’s awesome! I’m an adult and sleep through my alarm half the time 😀 😀 ! I’d be proud of them too if they were my kiddos! 😀
I’m proud of you Lily! Live watching your videos and seeing how far you’ve come 😘
OMG GURLLL!!!! Your too sweet! Making me tear up and all! THANNNK you!
Your photography is so impressive Lily!
And I’ve honestly been looking for a great set of queen sheets for a while now!! I hope I win! I’m proud of how hard my five year old son is trying in school. He doesn’t have the easiest time behaving himself and I know he is doing his best! Every day feels like ups and downs but I believe as he gets older, he will learn to be more respectful and in tune to others around him.
Thanks for hosting this giveaway!
Melissa
OMG GURRRL honestly all the good photos were taken by my hubby LOL he’s got quite the talent! 😀 Oh perfect! You’ll love these! They’re my favorite! AWWWE how sweet! this reminds me of when Oleg was 5 and just started going to school. It took him about a year to adjust and understand that it’s not a play ground but a place to learn and listen. He’s 9 now and I still have to remind him sometimes. LOL. All your little ones are cuties! 😀 😀
Sure, it’s my pleasure! I couldn’t be more excited to host it!
Thank you,
Lily-
I am so proud of my big sister, she has been sober 7 years and volunteers at AA helping others come to grips with their addiction.
That’s AWESOME!
I’m so proud of my daughter. She had her dream wedding and man of her dreams in Oct. 2018 and on her one year anniversary had the rug pulled right from under her by him. After registering what had just happened, she got back up, dusted herself off, found a new home in a new town with a brand new job! She’s a fighter and has taken this all in as an opportunity to do better the next time around. Talk about perseverance.
WOW what an amazing daughter you have! I’m sorry to hear what she had to go through! That’s so hard and she’s definitely a fighter! Good for her! 😀
I am so very proud of my son, Robin. He is a very private person but has let down all defenses and walked every step with me over the last seven months as I have been through chemo and radiation for lung cancer. Thankfully I have just received great news that it looks like we have defeated cancer. I could not have made it without him. He let love come before anything and made this journey with me.
WOW that’s so touching! So sweet of him! and WOW you’ve come a long way! Congratulations on your great news! So happy for you!
I am proud of my oldest son. He is a amazing kid. I watch him grow into a young man everyday. It makes me sad that he is no longer a little but overall, I am proud of him.
That’s so sweet! AND AWWWWWE I’m crying!!! I can totally relate! My little guy is 9 and growing like a weed! Time flies like crazy! I find myself looking back at photos and wondering how he grew so fast! You don’t realize it until you look back. ITS INSANE HOW TIME FLIES!
Yes, time does fly. They are no longer babies to hold. They are so independent (my 8 year old cooked dinner all by himself last night for him and his 2 year old brother as I was not feeling well and fell asleep).
I cherish each and everyday with them. Looking back at the photos it does make me so sad.
Can you imagine in 10 years when they are off at college. That is going to be super sad…
I am super proud of my older sister. She is a mother of three, an incredibly talented and busy photographer, and an innovative, self-motivated, DIY-type of person, always looking for new projects to improve her home and family.
WOW she’s sounds amazing and fun!
It’s so hard picking one person that I’m proud of. My husband, my two children, the people they married, my two grandchildren… all of them fit the bill. I find each and every one of them amazing because they all shoot for the stars and never give up.
Thinking about it, I would say my husband makes me the most proud. He had two heart attacks in his forties and many would throw in the towel but he just kept on fighting and never complained once. He is my rock and I’m so blessed to have him with me. Oh, and he can do any thing he sets out to do as well. <3
WOW Gloria, you have an amazing family!
This looks incredible!!! ♥️ Fresh sheets are the best.
I couldn’t agree more! Thank you 😀 😀
Definitely proud of my mommy for kicking cancers a**!! My everyday inspiration for sure! … also, YES to these sheets!!! lol
AWWE bless her heart! 😀
My grandson is so clever and kind. He always makes me proud! And puppy dogs. They work so hard at making us happy! Blessings.
Too cute! 😀 😀 😀
I am proud of my 49 yr old sister who had a stroke. She’s lost the use of her right hand & leg. She is always upbeat & tries to do everything she can with just her left hand. I would have given up & said “poor Me”. We go on weekly shopping trips to thrift shops to furnish her assisted living room. She is just so happy to get out of her room & tells me THANK YOU everyday. Fills my heart with love & pride to see how she keeps going without feeling sorry for herself.
WOW that’s amazing!
I am most proud of my parents for providing for 6 kids including my severely handicapped sister through thick and VERY thin, trying times. I am proud to call them mom and dad because they’ve always been there for us through so many struggles. My dad carries the weight of our family on his strong shoulders and my mom keeps us in her loving arms. Love them both…Happy Valentines day to the most faithful couple in the world <3
AWWWE they sound so sweet!
I am most proud of my daughter. She just turned 17, will be finishing her senior year of high school in May with a 4.2 GPA, is in the National Honor Society, Beta Club, and a mentoring program for incoming freshman. Additionally, by May, she will have completed an entire year of college courses and will enter college this fall as a sophomore (which means she will graduate college at the age of 20). She is also a huge help at home (this single momma would be lost without her) and she volunteers as a teacher at church. She has done all this while keeping a great attitude, a hilarious sense of humor… and a completely absent father. I don’t know how she does it but she’s amazing.
WOW what an amazing daughter!
I’m proud of my son. He’s doing great at preschool and is really thoughtful and kind to the other kids.
Awe what a sweetie!
I am super proud of my boyfriend. He is loving caring and sharing and always does whatever he can to make me happy and we would really luv these sheets. LOL
LOVE IT! LOL
I am proud of daughters more than ever. My oldest placed in 2nd grade science fair and accomplished all of her own work and my middle is now excelling beyond her class. They are great kids and will grow up to be awesome caring women.
So sweet!
Thank you for the review! Definitely be looking into these sheets.
Proud of my 6 year old- he opted out of public school to stay home with baby brother (because he would miss him too much😭). He has been such a great help to me and being a wonderful big brother, all the while excelling at his school work!
Sure no prob. Glad this review was helpful. AWWWE what a cutie! So sweet of him to be so caring and !
I’m most proud and thankful for my husband & the gift that he is to me! Also, still in the process of finding the perfect sheets I love!😁
So sweet :)! Oh you’ll love these sheets!
I’m so very proud to have my family and friends. I’ve been diagnosed with borderline personality disorder and as tough as it is on them, they have stayed by my side. My mom and sister are going to a support group for family members of those with BPD because it’s paramount for my recovery. I’m incredibly proud of them because this illness is incredibly difficult for them as well. My best friend Erin, has been by my side for 25 years even when we didn’t know what was wrong. We’re in our 40’s and there’s no judgement, just love. I know you asked us to name one person, but that is impossible, so perhaps we can say it’s one group?!?! I’m very blessed, grateful and so proud of them for loving me. The strength that they all exemplify is truly amazing!!!
WOW! Those are some amazing people you have surrounding you! I’m sorry to hear what you have to go through. LOL I totally get it I don’t think I could pick between my hubby or my son. I’m proud of them both equally. It’s such an amazing feeling to know you have someone to lean on emotionally and physically. Thank God for people like that! 😀 😀 😀
I am proud of my parents because they are celebrating their 47th wedding anniversary this month and they taught me about love, kindness, respect, & generosity.
WOW congrats to them! That’s amazing and so inspiring!
I’m super proud of all my family ans kids but most proud of my Dad,he kicked bladder cancers booty ans is always so positive. He went into it with the mentality that he had already beaten it,there was no other option! He has sensitive skin from treatments so if I win the giveaway I will be gifting the set to him or using it to make my guest room extra comfy for when he visits. 🙂
Oh my gosh how inspiring! I love his mentality, something I can learn from. AWWWWE that’s so thoughtful of you! I’d be proud to have a daughter like you. 🙂
I am most proud of my incredible husband. He is so loving and caring, constantly working to provide for my family and take care of us. He always goes above and beyond in all that he does. I wouldn’t be the person i am without him!
Also, What a great blog post! Keep it up!
This is so sweet!
Thank you 🙂
I am proud of myself, which is something I never allowed myself to be. When my husband died suddenly of cardiac arrest and left me as a 36 year old widow with 4&5 year old children, I changed my life. I went back to college for a postgraduate, within a month of finishing that I landed my dream job. I challenged myself and lost 60lbs to be healthier for my kids sake and mine. I got 3 professional certifications all while having my children win awards at school as well.
I’m proudest of me and how I have faced the challenges life threw my way.
WOw you’ve been through a lot May. I am proud of you too! Way to go! 😀 You’re awesome!
I’m proud of my husband but I feel like I need to tell him that I feel that way more than I do now! He works long days and doesn’t complain about all the things he has to do.
First of all, the photos are on point! 👌
Second, you’re like the most stunning cousin ever (always looking great in your photos and videos!) 😍
and third, I’ve been looking for good sheets and am excited to try these out! 😁
Thank you. 😀 AWWWWWE thanks girl you’re the sweetest!! Great you’ll love these
