Easter DIYs are the best because they’re usually super kid friendly! The easy DIY Easter Nest Cookies will actually the first recipe I’m sharing on my blog that’s a desert!

These cookies are no bake and only take minutes to make. With only 4 ingredients they’re so easy to make! We had so much fun making these with Oleg.

Ingredients:

• 11 oz butterscotch chips
• mini chocolate Easter eggs
• 2 Tbsp peanut butter
• 8 oz chow mien ( crispy noodles )

Instructions:

Melt the butterscotch chips in the microwave for 30 seconds than stir with a spoon until smooth.  You can also melt them in a sauce pan on low ( be careful not to burn them ).

Next add 2 tbs of peanut butter and stir again until combined.

Add 8oz of chow mein noodles.

Mix the mixture until the chow mien is evenly coated. Use a spoon to create Cookie shapes and display on wax paper. If you want really uniform cookies you can also fill a cupcake pan be sure to spray the pan with cooking spray before you add the cookies so they don’t stick.

Before the chocolate sets add chocolate eggs in the center. Let the cookies rest until the chocolate has cooled and they become solid. ( can also be chilled) That’s it! 🤤🤤don’t eat them all in one go 🙊😬😋!
